Days of Reflection
Deepening Our Journey in Ignatian Spirituality
Launching in October 2026, the Ignatian Spirituality Center of Milwaukee invites you to participate in Days of Reflection—a periodic gathering designed to help individuals deepen their experience of Ignatian spirituality in community. Each session blends teaching, prayer, small-group dialogue, and faith sharing.
Every session opens with a presentation on a central Ignatian theme—such as finding God in all things, the practice of the Examen, discernment, inner freedom, imaginative prayer, or surrendering to God’s will. These large-group teachings offer both spiritual depth and practical guidance for integrating the wisdom of St. Ignatius into daily life.
Following the presentation, participants gather in moderated small groups to reflect more personally on the topic, share experiences, and learn from one another. The session concludes with a return to the full group for insight-sharing and communal prayer, creating a rhythm of learning, contemplation, and connection.
Whether you are new to Ignatian spirituality or have completed the Spiritual Exercises, Days of Reflection offers a rich and welcoming space to continue your spiritual growth. The program is ideal for those seeking to live more intentionally, pray more deeply, and discern more faithfully—together with others on the journey.
